Terms of Service

The Site is an informational marketing site for 1DS Management LLC and the talent we represent. It is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial review and to facilitate inquiries about representation or brand partnerships.

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form, by email, or through any other channel does not create any client, representation, employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or contractual relationship. A relationship with 1DS only begins once both parties have signed a written agreement specifying its terms.

All content on the Site, including text, photography, illustrations, audio, video, logos, the 1DS Management name and mark, layouts, and source code, is owned by 1DS Management LLC, its talent, or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to the Site for non-commercial, personal purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape at scale, train commercial models on, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in /ai.txt for attributed AI indexing and answering.

Each creator, athlete, or entrepreneur featured on the Site retains all rights to their name, image, likeness, voice, and works. Featuring a person on the Site does not grant any rights to use their identity for promotional, commercial, or other purposes. Brand partnerships must be arranged through 1DS.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any law or third-party right.
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or harmful information through any form.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, including Studio admin, by any means other than the credentials provided to you.
• Probe, scan, attack, or otherwise attempt to compromise the Site or its underlying infrastructure beyond responsible vulnerability disclosure (see /.well-known/security.txt).
• Automate submissions to the contact form or other forms beyond reasonable, attributed use.

The Site relies on third-party services to handle hosting, content management, form delivery, analytics, and email. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and 1DS is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A current list of these subprocessors is available on request at privacy@1dsmgmt.com.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1DS makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1DS Management LLC, its affiliates, and its talent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1DS Management LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and talent from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent material change. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
