Privacy Policy

We collect personal information in two ways.

• Inquiries you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to provide (platform, following size, company, budget range, or message). Submission of the form constitutes consent for us to contact you about your inquiry.
• Automatic data. Our hosting provider logs basic request metadata such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We may add privacy-preserving analytics that record aggregate usage; some analytics tools may set cookies and process your IP address.

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate representation or partnership opportunities.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Send transactional follow-ups directly related to your inquiry. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

We share personal information only with vendors that help us run the site or respond to inquiries: a hosting provider, a content management platform, a form-delivery service, an analytics provider, and a transactional email service. Each is bound by its own privacy commitments. A current list of these subprocessors is available on request at privacy@1dsmgmt.com. We do not sell or rent personal information.

The marketing site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Embedded administrative tools and analytics services may set their own cookies when in use; that activity is governed by their respective policies.

Inquiry submissions remain in our form-delivery dashboard and our email until we either decline the inquiry (typically deleted within 12 months) or onboard the inquirer as a client (retained for the duration of the relationship plus any period required by law). Hosting logs follow our hosting provider's retention defaults.

Depending on where you live (GDPR for the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA for California, similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@1dsmgmt.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use HTTPS site-wide, a Content Security Policy, modern security headers, and isolate Studio admin access. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, see /.well-known/security.txt.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

1DS Management LLC is based in the United States. If you submit information from outside the US, you consent to its transfer to and processing in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent material change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
